Delete SnapFile Account

If you wish to delete your SnapFile account, please follow the steps below.

How to delete your account

1. Log in to your SnapFile account
2. Go to the Account page
3. Click on <strong> "Delete Account"<strong>
4. Confirm your request

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be deleted:

• Any uploaded files associated with your account.

Your account information, including your email address, will normally be deleted immediately.

However, if you have an active premium subscription, your account information may be retained until the subscription period has ended. After that, your data will be permanently deleted.

Data retention

Some limited data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

If you wish to cancel your premium subscription, you must do so separately through the platform where you purchased it.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
